Where it runs.

Customer servers run in two German data centres. A standby in Finland keeps a live copy of our databases.

  • Falkenstein

    GermanyHetzner50.48°N 12.37°E

Game servers and every Vestra VPS.

  • Nuremberg

    Germanynetcup49.45°N 11.08°E

    Game servers.

  • Helsinki

    FinlandHetzner60.17°N 24.94°E

Standby. A live copy of our databases, and a second off-site home for backups.

The policies, without the adjectives.

The full versions are in our privacy policy and terms. These are the parts people ask about.

  1. No Google Analytics.

We count visits with our own analytics, and only after you accept. It sets no cookies and doesn’t store your IP address.

  2. Deleting means deleted.

Ask us to erase your account under UK GDPR and the erasure reaches our backups too. Copies there are gone within 40 days.

  3. Backed up daily, off-site.

Our databases are backed up every day, encrypted, to storage away from the main servers. Files on your own server aren’t part of that, so keep copies of anything that matters.

  4. A standby in Helsinki.

A second server in Finland keeps a live copy of our databases, updated as changes happen.

  5. Watched around the clock.

Automated monitoring checks our services 24/7, including from outside our main network. Live status is public.

  6. Prices mean what they say.

Pounds sterling, no VAT added, billed monthly, cancel any time. Our 99.9% uptime figure is a target we work to, not a guarantee.
